Implant tissue level revisited

'When twinKon® was designed more than 10 years ago, together with Yves Douillard we aimed to provide an innovative and effective solution through a new implant design in line with our thoughts on clinical success factors and focus on strengthening the bone-mucosal mechanism around the implant. Without a connective tissue connection like in a natural tooth, we had to find an alternative to imitate nature and create a new ecosystem based on the geometry of this interface, compatible with a functional, aesthetic, repeatable and durable implantology. With thousands of twinKon® devices installed to date, we believe our solution will appeal to practitioners who are sensitive to the concept of biological space around the implant and the preservation of its health over time.

Features

The twinKon® implant has a concave neck that is in contact with the peri-implant mucosa and around which a mucosal seal forms from the initial healing phase.

The outer profile of twinKon® is cylindrical-conical and carries a progressive double thread that ensures primary stability of the implant through screwing. The SA² surface condition is achieved by sandblasting followed by etching.

Its external taper connection on the concave neck facilitates manipulations of the prosthesis on the mucosal seal.

The three implant diameters (Ø3.5/Ø4/Ø4.5 mm) have a common connection, making practical applications easier to manage.

Quick and easy communication line.

We design and offer a portfolio of solutions and services for the functional and aesthetic rehabilitation of jaws.
