In-Kone® UNIVERSAL implant or In-Kone® FIRST implant

In-Kone® implant system philosophy

A two-piece implant equipped with an internal tapered connection and a roughened threaded subcortical shoulder. This positioning, combined with the 'tulip-shaped' profile of the prosthesis components, allows the development of a progressive emergence profile for future prostheses.

Implants can be used in one or two surgical stages. Numerous forms of healing screws allow the emergence profile to be shaped to suit the biotype and diameter of the future tooth.

The hexagon placed in the apical portion of the internal taper allows the prosthetic components to be repositioned within the mouth after being customized by the laboratory. The anti-rotation properties of the final components are achieved by the 'Morse' effect, once in place, by interlocking the male taper within the 8° female taper (2×4°).

In-Kone® UNIVERSAL implant

The external profile of In-Kone® UNIVERSAL is cylindrical-conical and is equipped with a double-stage thread that ensures primary implant stability through screwing. SA2 surface condition is achieved by sandblasting followed by etching.

The In-Kone® UNIVERSAL implant is placed using the ULTIMATE surgical kit. The drilling protocol is common for PRIMO In-Kone® implants twinKon® and 3.0 Implant.

In-Kone® FIRST implant

'The outer profile of the In-Kone® PRIMO is equipped with a normal single thread (0.8 mm, not small), which ensures common use.
